Bridget Bean (Mrs. Bliss’s Titanic Adventure, Strange Girls) brings her latest one woman play to The Studio@620 – The Dropping Well.
In The Dropping Well, we meet Mother Shipton, a soothsayer from 500 years ago who grew up in a cave and can read the future with unerring accuracy. Her uncanny predictions foresaw the great fire of London, flying machines, World War one, and even the end of the world. Yet she couldn’t predict her own, spine-tingling future.
